All funds are held in a bonded client account which is audited annually and protected by an insurance backed Client Money Protection Scheme. Our core management services include:

• Rent collection and provision of monthly statement of income and expenditure.

• Holding and registering deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

• Transferring utility accounts between tenant and landlord.

• Arranging gas safety inspections.

• Arranging repairs and maintenance.

• Regular property inspections.

• Arranging cleaning and repairs at the end of tenancies and agreeing the return of the tenant deposit.



We provide a letting service in partnership with selected local letting agents to ensure maximum exposure of properties to the market. Our focus is to minimise voids by advertising properties at realistic prices and ensuring the right tenant is matched with the property therefore maximising tenancy duration and minimising costly voids. Careful credit checking and referencing combined with suitable tenancy agreements and attention to detail help us to give our clients long term, harmonious tenancies.
